AMOR DI MUNDO Compagnia EgriBiancoDanza
SYNOPSIS
Cesaria Évora, a singer from Cape Verde, has always been an ambassador for her impoverished homeland. Through her song, she spoke of hope, love, and a better future, with sunny, melancholic, soft, and fun music that blends Portuguese fado with African percussion. In a time of great uncertainty, Raphael Bianco sought to harness the voice and soul of a poor yet hopeful people to embody the idea of love for the world and for life. The ballet "Amor di mundo," which takes its title from one of the songs, is a dance dedicated to the joy of life and the hope for a new, happy era.
